Nadege Wirba

LOWELL - Nadege Wirba, age 34, a resident of Lowell passed away on November 18, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Vernyuy "Elvis" Sunjo.

She was born in Foumbot, Cameroon on January 20, 1986, and was a daughter of Stanislus and Mathilda Duiyibee and her husband Ngue Ngue of Lowell. She was educated in Cameroon, where she earned a bachelor's degree.

Prior to her illness Nadege was employed for several years as a CNA at Genesis Westford House.

In addition to her husband, mother, and step-father, Nadege is survived by her two daughters, Matilda Sunjo and Naella Sunjo, both of Lowell; her grandmother, Celina Ngo of Cameroon and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Patrick Sunjo and Adeline Ngong of Cameroon.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Nadege's Life Celebration at the MCKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell on Friday, December 11th from 2:00 until 7:00 pm. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 12th at 9:00 am at St. John the Evangelist Church in North Chelmsford. Burial in Lowell Cemetery. Due to Covid-19, face masks and social distancing is required at all services.
