Mildred E. Ducharme

Dracut, MA- Mildred E. ( Southworth) Ducharme, 84, a Dracut resident, died Thursday May 11,2006 at the Lowell General Hospital. She was the wife of Arthur J. Ducharme Sr. to whom she was married for fifty nine years.

She was born in Dracut on February 28, 1922, daughter of the late James and Ellen (Clare) Southworth.

Mrs. Ducharme was a member of the Christ Church United of Dracut. She was also a member of the Dracut Senior Citizens Club.

Besides her husband she is survived by three sons, William Ducharme of Dracut, Arthur J. Ducharme Jr. and his wife Denise (Pratt) Ducharme of Littleton and Richard Ducharme of Hilton Head, S.C.; a daughter Gail Ransom and her husband David of Dracut; a sister-in-law, Ida Southworth of Dracut; seven grandchildren, Allison Kresco, Sarah Ducharme, Justin Ducharme, Carolyn Dillon, David Ransom, Jill Laffin, and Steven Ransom; seven great-grandchildren, Chelsea and Emily Kresco, Patrick, Sean, and Addy Dillon, Nora Ransom and Eva Laffin; also many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late George, James, Harold, and Clifford Southworth and Ethel Perry.
