Michelina T. Silvia

DRACUT - Michelina T. (Perrone) Silvia, 83, a resident of Dracut, died Saturday, August 28, 2010 at her home following a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of Anthony J. Silvia with whom she celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary on August 10, 2010.
Born in Waltham on November 12, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Antonetta (Sandri) Perrone.
Mrs. Silvia was a communicant of St. Francis Church and was a former member of the Dracut Garden Club.
She will be remembered by her family as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt.
In addition to her husband she leaves three children, Linda Carolan and her husband Raymond of Dracut, Carol Sholes of Dracut and Carl Silvia and his wife Connie (Gregory) of Chelmsford; a sister, Lena Todisco of Dracut; six grandchildren, Donna Carolan-Martin and her husband James Martin of Dracut, John Carolan and his wife Laura Anderson-Carolan of Maynard, Kenneth Sholes of Dracut, David Sholes of Revere, Anthony Silvia of Pine Bush, NY and Daniel Silvia and his wife Amanda of Everett; six great grandchildren, Gianna Giglio, Andrew and Julianna Martin, all of Dracut, Jack, Matthew and Patrick Carolan, all of Maynard. She also leaves several nieces and nephews, among whom are Roberta Carleton of Pelham, NH and Michael Todisco of Hudson, NH.
