Medora M. "May" (Leclair) Riley, the beloved wife of Thomas F. Riley, passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at her Dracut residence surrounded by her family. She was 96.
Born in Lowell on November 5, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Leo and Edwilda (Fortin) Leclair.
Prior to her retirement, May was employed in the customer service department at MCF Industries. She was a member of the Dracut Senior Citizen Club.
Surviving her besides Thomas, with whom she was married for 73 years, are a daughter and son-in-law Linda and Louis Maynard of Tyngsboro; two grandchildren, Christine and Shelley Maynard; a great-grandson, Ted Patenaude, Jr.; two sister-in-laws, Veronica Burns and Vivian Leclair; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister and sister-in-law of the late Roger and Gloria Leclair, sister of the late Conrad Leclair, and sister-in-law of the late Francis Burns.
Relatives and friends are invited to May's Life Celebration at the MCKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, on Wednesday from 9 until 10:30 AM. Her Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 AM in St. Mary Magdalen Church, 95 Lakeview Ave. Tyngsboro. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.
