Mary H. (Potter) (Soucy) Vigneault

METHUEN - Mary H. (Potter) (Soucy) Vigneault, age 86, a resident of Methuen and former resident of Nashua, NH died Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Fairhaven Healthcare Center in Lowell.
She was born in Rutland, VT on January 14, 1932, and was a daughter of the late Leon W. and Yolanda Mary (Varga) Potter. She was a graduate of Lowell High School.
Prior to her retirement, Mary was employed for many years by IHOP restaurant in Nashua, NH.
She was an avid bingo player and she enjoyed watching golf on television.
Mary is survived by her four children, Diane (Soucy) Conway of Salem, NH, Norman Soucy and his wife Sheila of Merrimack, NH, Jean Clement and her husband Rheal of Tyngsboro, MA, and Jo-Ann Freitag of York, ME; eight grandchildren, Michelle Fontaine, Tina Thibault, Brian Conway, Jr., Kaitlyn Freitag, Heather Clement-Norris, Melissa Campbell, Annaliese Freitag, and Morgan Soucy; five great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; a sister, Pauline George and her husband Ernest of FL; two brothers, Steve Potter and his wife Barbara of Nashua, NH; Lyle Potter and many nieces and nephews.
She was the former spouse of the late Normand Soucy, sister of the late Henry Potter and Irma Feder.
Mary's family wishes to extend sincerely appreciation to the staff at Grace Morgan House in Methuen, MA and Fairhaven Healthcare Center in Lowell, MA for all of their care and support.
VIGNEAULT - A private Funeral Service was held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's memory to Circle Home and Hospice, 847 Rogers St., Suite 201 Lowell, MA 01852.
