Mary J. (Kane) Cognac

Mary J. (Kane) Cognac, 72, died peacefully on Tuesday, March 17 at the Lowell General Hospital with her family and friends by her side.
Mary was the beloved wife of Albert Cognac with whom she would have celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary on October 22, 2015.
Mary was born in Lowell, on January 27, 1943, a daughter of the late James F. and Jeannette M. (Grondine) Kane.
She was a graduate of Lowell High School.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed by the Cancer Center at Lowell General Hospital as a receptionist.
Besides her husband Albert, Mary is survived by her son, David Cognac of Lowell; her daughter, Karen Eno and her husband Steve; two daughters in law, Denise Cognac and Jennifer Cognac; 11 grandchildren, Sara, David and Jason Cognac, Ashley and Amber Eno, Kristen and Steven Cognac, and Jessica, Justin, Brieanna and Michael Cognac; a son in law, Keith Roberts and his son Ben Roberts; a brother, James Kane; two sisters, Nancy Fortin and her husband Rock and Gail Hubin. She was the loving mother of the late Albert Cognac, Jr. and Michael Cognac, and sister of the late Carol Jusczak.
Mary loved her husband and her family and will be sadly missed by all.
