Mary A. Clair

Mary Ada (Clark) Clair, 88, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 6, 2026. She was born in Tewksbury, Massachusetts on October 26, 1937, and was the daughter of the late Ruth (Rogers) and Clyde Clark.

Mary is survived and will be deeply missed by her daughter, Cheryl Clair Schless and her husband, Steve of Alexandria, VA; her four grandchildren and their spouses, Ryan (Laila) Schless, Jennifer Schless, Rebecca (Robert) Morales, and William Schless; her brother-in-law, Elwin Matthews; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her son, Glenn Clair; her brothers, Clyde Clark, William Clark, Sr., Gordon Clark, and Leslie Clark; and her sisters, Barbara Turner, Dorcas Matthews, and Muriel Driscoll.

Relatives and friends are invited to Mary’s Life Celebration on Saturday, August 15, 2026 from 9 until 10:15 AM at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell. A private graveside service will be held at Tewksbury Cemetery, Tewksbury.
