Mary Ellen Baldwin

Mary Ellen Baldwin, 43, a resident of the Centralville section of Lowell, died Saturday morning, March 10, 2007 at her home surrounded by her loving family, following a four year battle with ovarian cancer.
Born in Lowell on November 6, 1963, she was a daughter of the late James J. Baldwin and Mary E. (Gaffney) Baldwin of Lowell who survives her.
She was a graduate of Lowell High School, Class of 1981, and received an Associate Degree from Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill. She also attended Salem State College.
Ms. Baldwin was employed by the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Administration Hospital in Bedford as a Pharmacy Technician. She also worked for Walgreen's Pharmacy on Plain Street as a Pharmacy Technician.
She was a communicant of St. Michael Church.
In addition to her mother she leaves her son, James, a Sixth Grade Student at St. Michael School; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Catherine M. and David Hadley and Ann Marie Baldwin, all of Lowell; three nieces, Erin Hadley of New York, NY, Katelyn Hadley of Astoria, NY and Megan Hadley of Lowell; two aunts and an uncle, Robert and Alice Gaffney and Jeannette Baldwin, all of Lowell; her close friends, Kelly and David Patterson of Salem and Michelle Morrow of Lowell; also many cousins and friends.
