Marguerite Meg Sheehan

Dracut, MA - Marguerite Meg (McGarr) Sheehan, 76 died at home of lung cancer on Monday, August 16.

She was born July 20, 1928 daughter of Thomas B. and Etta (Walworth) McGarr.

She graduated from St. Michael's School, Keith Hall Class of 1945 and Bradshaw Business School. She was a secretary at Keith Academy. She also volunteered many years as a Eucharistic Minister and CCD teacher for St. Michael's Parish.

She is survived by her husband, James A., children; Thomas J. Sheehan of Lunenburg, MA; Susan E. Sheehan of Dracut, MA; Mary E. Pearson and her husband James of Chelmsford, MA; Katherine A. Sheehan and her husband Brian Harney of Nashua, NH; Karen A. Creegan and her husband Robert of Westford, MA; John F. Sheehan and his wife Donna of Milford, NH; Carolyn J. Caron and her husband, Donald of Windham, NH; her brother Thomas McGarr and his wife Penny of Westport, MA; her brother-in-law Andrew Jenkins of Somerset, MA; and her sister-in-law and her husband Rudolph and Loretta Nalzinski of Lowell, MA; 18 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Meg was predeceased by her infant daughter Kathleen Sheehan and by her sister Frances (McGarr) Jenkins of Somerset, MA.
