Margaret C. (Rybka) Leczynski

May 4, 1923 — November 21, 2014

Margaret C. (Rybka) Leczynski, 91, a longtime resident of Dracut, died peacefully at her home on Friday November 21, 2014 with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond C. Leczynski.

Born in Manchester, NH on May 4, 1923, she was a daughter of the late Kazimer and Katarzyna (Noga) Rybka.

Margaret was a graduate of Manchester Central High School, Class of 1941. After high school, she worked at Arrow Needle in Manchester, NH. After her marriage, she worked for Fred C. Church Insurance in Lowell, MA. She went on to have a long career with the Internal Revenue Service.

Margaret was a dynamic and lively woman whose family admired her strong sense of independence and inquisitive nature. Margaret's care for others and her non-judgmental presence endeared her to her family and friends. She was contemporary in every sense of the word and with her quick witted sense of humor, captivated all those around her. She loved discussing politics, staying current on world events and shopping with her granddaughter. Her passions included reading and writing poetry. A true Philanthropist, she was very generous and gave as much as she could to charities, especially those involving children and veterans. Above all things, spending time with her loving family was highest on her priority list.

She held membership in the National Association of Retired Federal Employees and contributed to Citizens United, and The Republican National Committee. Margaret was affiliated with St. Casimir's Parish in Lowell and a communicant of St. Francis Church in Dracut.

Survivors include her children, Pamela M. Blotcky and her husband, Steven of Nashua NH; her son Raymond G. Leczynski of Dracut; her grandchildren Kimberly A.
