Lucille A. Denomme … age 90, loving mother, grandmother
Lowell – Lucille A. (Perron) Denomme, 90, a resident of the Highlands section of Lowell, died Friday, July 29, 2011 at the Lowell General Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Henry J. Denomme.
Born in Manchester, NH on July 25, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Eva Rose (Daneault) Perron.
Mrs. Denomme was a communicant of St. Margaret Church.
Mrs. Denomme enjoyed flower arranging, and for many years worked at the former Hayne’s Florist on Gorham Street. She enjoyed dancing with her husband and friends on Saturday evenings. She also liked to knit, crochet and sew for her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by a son, Donald Denomme and his wife Catherine (Colombo) of Lowell; a daughter, Nancy Harland and her husband John of Windham, NH; two grandchildren, Rebecca Harland and her fiancé Adam Charters of Lowell and Jason Harland of Boston; a brother-in-law, Raymond Mercure of W. Harwich; two sisters-in-law, Louise Perron of TX and Rose Denomme of MN; also several nieces and nephews, among whom is Joyce Therrien of Bedford, NH. She was a sister of the late Doris Thomas, Theresa Ploss, Mildred Mercure, George and Roger Perron.
