Lucienne Adrienne Sawyer

Lucienne "Lucy" A. (Lanseigne) Sawyer, widow of Armand A. Sawyer, a Lowell resident, died Thursday May 14, 2009, at a local nursing home. She was 93.
She was born in Lowell on August 20, 1915, a daughter of the late Wilfrid and Roseanne (Lambert) Lanseigne
Lucy was a communicant of the former St. Jeanne d'Arc Church, and was a member of the Lowell Senior Citizen Club.
Survivors include her beloved children; a son, Lt. Col. Richard R. Sawyer, USAF Ret. And his wife Janet of Southampton, NJ; two daughters and sons in law, Janet and Theodore Ricci of Lynnfield, Paulette and Philip Thomas of Waikiki, HI; six grandchildren, Christine (Ricci) Mahoney, Teresa (Sawyer) Uzzaman, Elaine (Ricci) Herhold, Keith Sawyer, Beth Ricci, Deborah (Sawyer) Netherton; three great grandchildren, Allison and Megan Mahoney, Jake Herhold; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her twin, Lucien at age three; brothers, Maurice "Lang", Rudolph "Dolly", Hector "Connie", Raymond, Robert "Bob"; sisters, Grace Oliver, Jeanette "Jean" Landry, Claire McKee and Christine at age one.
