Dracut - Lucien J. Hall, 87, passed away at his Dracut residence on December 26, 2021, surrounded by his loving family after a long illness.
Lucien was the beloved husband of Theresa (Graham) Hall with whom he celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary on September 6th.

As a member of Company C, 17th Infantry, on July 9th, 1953, Corporal Hall moved through devastating enemy fire making numerous trips up and down a steep, muddy hill carrying many wounded men from the battle to the medics and returning for others. The outstanding actions of Corporal Hall were directly responsible for the saving of several lives with his quick and efficient evacuation.
Lucien retired from Wang Laboratories where he was employed as a data base administrator. He was a communicant of St. Michael Church in Lowell for many years.
He especially enjoyed spending time with his friends, children and grandchildren in Wells, Maine. Lucien (Papa) was an avid sports fan who loved the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. Countless hours were spent in his sunroom in Dracut cheering on the New England sports teams with his family. Papa was the true definition of a loving family man.
