Lorraine A. (Moisan) Simoneau

LOWELL - Lorraine A. (Moisan) Simoneau, age 78, passed away at her home Sunday, July 23, 2017. She was the beloved wife of J. Norbert Simoneau, who passed in 1983.

Born in Lowell on March 13, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Henry J. and Cecile M. (Bourgeois) Moisan.

Lorraine attended St. Joseph's High School in Lowell and was a switchboard operator at New England Telephone Company prior to raising her family. She retired from Raytheon in So. Lowell and Andover once she returned to work after raising her children.

Lorraine adored her family and cherished the time she spent with them and especially her grandchildren.

Lorraine is survived by four children; Joseph N. Simoneau and his wife Kristin (Darling) of Haverhill, David P. Simoneau and his wife Marion (Baril) of Litchfield, NH, Timothy M. Simoneau and his wife Kerrie (Cronin) of Hudson, NH and Lyn Cusack and her husband Tom of Oakridge, NC, seven grandchildren; Joseph N. Simoneau, Alec Simoneau, Amanda Simoneau, DJ Simoneau, Ella Simoneau, Benjamin Cusack and Brady Cusack, a sister and brother in law; Helen Gove and her husband John of Dracut, and her beloved dog, Rufus.
