LOWELL – Lisa A. Dupuis, 49, a resident of Lowell, died Sunday, October 6, 2013 at the Lowell General Hospital, Saints Campus, following a period of declining health.
Born in Lowell on April 22, 1964, she was a beloved daughter of the late Donald H. Dupuis and Emily (Goyette) Dupuis of Lowell who survives her.
Lisa was a graduate of the Greater Lowell Regional Technical High School and attended Northern Essex Community College and Wheelock College where she majored in child care.
Following school she was employed at the Lowell Day Nursery and the Laura Lee School where she helped deaf and autistic children. Her most recent employment was with the I.R.S. in Andover.
Lisa enjoyed reading and planning parties. She especially enjoyed planning events for her two special nieces, from birthday parties to Easter egg hunts.
She was a member of St. Francis Parish in Dracut.
In addition to her loving and devoted mother she leaves her two sisters, Gail Dupuis of Lowell and Karen St. Laurent and her husband David of Methuen; her brother, David Dupuis of Lowell; her two loving nieces, Brianna and Olivia St. Laurent of Methuen; also many aunts, uncles and special cousins.
Lisa would like to thank her special uncles and aunts that took care of her to the end. She loved them and appreciated their kindness.
