Dracut - Leonard P. Conole, a Dracut resident, beloved husband of Janice (Weissbach) Conole for 29 years, died unexpectedly on Monday September 27, 2010. He was 54.
Born in Lowell on May 20, 1956, he was a son of the late William J. and Mary F. (Nutter) Conole.
Len grew up in the Centralville section of Lowell and graduated from St. Michael Parochial School, and Lowell High School in 1974.
He was a successful entrepreneur and owned his own asset management business.
Len loved a good conversation and could discuss any topic with full knowledge of the subject matter. He was an avid Red Sox fan.
Len was a family man. He loved to spend time with his brothers, sisters, children and grandchildren, always putting them above anything else.
Surviving him besides his wife are his six children, Aaron Conole and his wife Kerry, Liam Conole and his fianc�e Lindsay Johnson, all of Dracut, AB1 John Conole, USAF currently stationed at Sheppard AFB, Wichita Falls, TX, Christopher Conole, James Conole, and his only daughter Brenna Conole all of Dracut; two grandchildren, Jennifer Conole, Liam Conole; two brothers, William J. Conole and his wife Kathy of Westford, Michael P. Conole and his wife Mary Ellen of Dracut; two sisters, Sharon Reidt and her husband David of Dracut, Christine Moynihan and her husband Bob of Durham, NH; his father in law, Joe Weissbach of Lowell; two sisters in law, Dianne Weissbach and her partner Kathy Mazzone of Lowell, Sandra Palmitesta and her husband Nick of North Reading; four brothers in law Joseph Weissbach and his wife Mary Bolger, Carl Weissbach and his wife Kerri all of Lowell, James Weissbach and his wife Lisa of Dracut, Paul Weissbach of Lowell; several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews whom he loved dearly. Len also leaves many cousins who were close to his heart.
He was the brother of the late Mary F. Conole, son in law of the late Connie Weissbach, and uncle of the late Maryellen Reidt.
