Leo J. "Tiny" Gadourey

LOWELL - Leo J. "Tiny" Gadourey, age 80, a longtime resident of Lowell died Thursday, December 10, 2020 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Therese R. (Heyl) Gadourey, to whom he has been married for 52 years.

He was born in North Billerica on June 28, 1940, and was a son of the late Leo J. And Beatrice (Felton) Gadourey. He received his education in North Billerica schools.

Prior to his retirement, Leo was hardworking, skilled sheet rocker and insulator for 30 years.

He was a longtime member of the Chelmsford Elks Lodge #2310 and the Billerica Moose Lodge #2648.

Leo enjoyed playing Keno and was an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriot Fan.

In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by two brothers, Ronald Gadourey of Lowell and Richard Gadourey and his wife Helen of Billerica; three sisters, Bonnie Harbarger of Lowell, Brenda Steeves and her husband Ken of Billerica, and Joan Hardy of Billerica; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.

He was also the brother of the late Michael Gadourey, Robert Gadourey, and Geraldine Manning.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Leo's Life Celebration at the MCKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell on Monday from 2:00 until 5:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leo's memory to the Amedisys Foundation, Care of Beacon Hospice, 290 Merrimack St., Suite 242, Lawrence, MA 01843.
