Obituary
DRACUT - Leo J. Beaulieu, 77, a lifelong resident of Dracut, died Saturday, March 19, 2005 at the Lowell General Hospital. He was the husband of Helen M. (Lacoy) Beaulieu.
Born in Dracut on May 8, 1927, he was a son of the late Raoul and Roseanne (Dore') Beaulieu.
Mr. Beaulieu served with the United States Navy Seabees during the Korean War.
Prior to his retirement, he had managed the Dracut Civic Club.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Richard L. and Sally Beaulieu of Chelmsford; a daughter and son-in-law, Linda M. and Gene Topjian of Lowell; two brothers, Raoul and George Beaulieu; two sisters, Claire Gamache and Yvette Nee; a sister-in-law, Claire Beaulieu of Dracut; two granddaughters, Danielle Beaulieu of Dracut and Melinda Westberry of Groton; four great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Simone Turcotte, Theresa Handley, Rita McKinnon, Annette Jean and Alfred "Satch" Beaulieu.
