Kevin J. Levasseur, 57, a resident of the Centralville section of Lowell, died unexpectedly on Sunday, July 18, 2010 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Linda M. (Monette) Levasseur, with whom he was married for 39 years.

Born in Lowell on May 18, 1953, he was a son of the late Leo J. and Patricia A. (Guild) Levasseur, Sr.
Mr. Levasseur was currently employed as a materials handler for Bradford Industries of Lowell.

He was a communicant of St. Michael Church.

Kevin was an avid sports fan, a music buff and enjoyed bowling for the Wednesday Nite League at the Brunswick Zone in Lowell. He was a friend of Bill W.

A loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, great uncle, he will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

In addition to his wife he leaves a son, Kevin P. Levasseur, Staff Sergeant, USMC, stationed in Jacksonville, NC, and his wife Kimberly; a daughter, Elaine A. Casperson and her fianc� Carlos Flores of Nashua NH, two brothers, Leo J. Levasseur, Jr. and his wife Janet of Lowell and Ronald P. Levasseur of Pepperell, a sister, Sharon Chandonnet of Lowell,a step-brother, John Azarowski and his wife Judy of Pepperell, five grandchildren, Brandon and Alexander Casperson, Gabrielle Sousa, Ricky McCarthy and Emma Levasseur, also several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews. He was a brother-in-law of the late Roger L. Chandonnet.
