LOWELL-On Friday, March 12th, 2021, Kevin Grimshaw, beloved brother and friend, passed away at the age of 68.
Kevin was born on February 12, 1953 in Lowell, MA to the late Francis and Margaret Grimshaw. Kevin continued to live in the Centralville area of Lowell and was well-known and loved by many. Kevin was in the Army Reserves in 1973 and received his basic training at Fort Polk, LA. He was a lifelong painter and worked throughout the Merrimack Valley and in Southern New Hampshire. In his later years, he worked as a security guard at the Paul Tsongas Arena.
Kevin had a variety of hobbies but especially enjoyed playing cards, shooting pool, darts and socializing at the Centralville Social Club.
He is survived by his remaining brothers, sisters, and their significant others: Francis and Deborah Grimshaw; Mark and Tracy Grimshaw; Margaret and Bradford Merril; Donna and Joseph Davis; his brother-in-law Brian Kilbride; his brother-in-law Robert Foss; and his sister-in-law, Gail Grimshaw. His late sisters, Debi Kilbride and Catherine Foss, and late brother, David Grimshaw, were all deeply missed by Kevin. He is survived by dozens of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Kevin was especially fond of his dear friends Dave and Audrey Chemberland, Jeannine Maineille, Tarsha Robertson, and Cheris Gagnon.
It being his wish, there will be no services.
