Kenneth A. Matuck, the beloved husband of Laurette (Ferron) Matuck, with whom he celebrated 60 years of marriage died at the Lowell General Hospital on Monday January 14, 2013. He was 80.
Kenny was born in Chelmsford on October 31, 1932, a son of the late Stanley and Irene (Lyons) Matuck.
Ken was educated in the Lowell schools and had lived in Tyngsboro for many years. He was a communicant of St. Mary Magdalen Parish in Tyngsboro.
Prior to his retirement Kenny worked as an assembler at Raytheon.
In earlier years he enjoyed playing golf. He was an avid reader and appreciated music.
Kenny had a great sense of humor and was eager to tell a joke to his friends whenever they would meet.
Surviving him besides his wife Laurette are a sister and brother in law, Gail and Armando Giacomini of Hollis, NH; a sister in law Jeannette Kerouac and her companion Dwight Jackson; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Donald Matuck and brother in law of the late Claire and Dennis Longtin.
