Kathleen M. (Zannoni) Toupin beloved wife of Richard D. Toupin for 39 years passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Tufts Medical Center surrounded by her loving family, she was 63. Before her dream job of wife & best mom ever, she was employed as an administrative clerk at Saint John's Hospital of Lowell, MA. She greeted everyone with her infectious smile and had a huge capacity for enjoyment of life.
Kathy enjoyed spending time with the love of her life, her husband Dickie, and her children; James Toupin, as she referred to as her handsome son & his wife Lauren, a woman she said she would have chosen for him. She also cherished time with her daughter, her baby girl, Amanda Toupin and Amanda's rock, her partner, Samuel Shultz.
Kathy loved being with her family and carrying on traditions, especially cooking Kaplitz, getting her green on during Saint Patrick's Day and celebrating her favorite holiday, Christmas. Kathy was famous for saying, "spending time with family and friends, the people you love, what more could you ask for, they are my treasures & I love them to the moon & back."
Surviving her besides her husband Richard, is a son and daughter-in-law, James & Lauren Toupin of Merrimack, NH; and a daughter,
Amanda Toupin and her partner Sam Shultz of Somerville, MA;
Her brothers and sister and their spouses,

Michael & Judy Zannoni of Lowell, Dennis & Fran Zannoni of Dunstable, Edward Zannoni, Bernard Zannoni, Lisa & Arthur Malcuit all of Dracut and her brother- in- law Ronald Close of Dracut, MA; three brothers-in-law and their spouses, Roland & Maureen Toupin of Dracut, Roger & Suzanne Toupin of Windham, NH and Paul & Denah Toupin of Dracut; five sisters-in law & two brothers-in-law, Therese & Normand Clermont of Pelham, Suzanne Toupin of Lowell, Dianne & Marc Metzler of Dracut, Virginia Toupin of Hampton, NH and Denise Toupin of Pelham, NH also many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was also the sister of the late Sharon Close and sister-in-law of the late Raymond Toupin, Charles Toupin, George Toupin & Judy Toupin.
Relatives and friends are invited to Kathy's Life Celebration in the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, from 3 until 7 pm on Monday. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at Ste. Marguerite d'Youville Parish, 1340 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut. Burial in St. Patrick Cemetery.
