Lowell - Katherine J. (Smelstor) Wuth, widow of James Wuth, died Friday August 6, 2010 at her Lowell residence, following and extended illness. She was 51.
She was born in Cambridge on July 12, 1959, a daughter of Ronald and Carole (Lavalle) Smelstor of Lowell who survive her.
Katherine was a graduate of Chelmsford High School and the Burdette School in Boston.
Family members recall that she was a person of deep faith in God with a kind heart, who could also be very funny and goofy. Most of all they recall what a loving person she was.
Katherine adored her cats Patches and Conner.
Surviving her besides her parents are three children, Ronald S. Lotti, Jr., Jennifer M. Lotti, Margaret H. Hesketh; four siblings, Ronald A. Smelstor, Jr., Patricia Enfanto, Diane M. Trainor, Judith A. Nogler; and several nieces and nephews.
