Justin J. Fisher was born in Lowell on May 4, 1995, a son of James Fisher and Darlene Lachapelle both of Lowell.
On the morning of September 27, 2015, he and his girlfriend were tragically killed in an automobile accident in Lowell.
Justin graduated from Lowell High School. He loved sports, and while he was a student at Lowell High, Justin wrestled, played baseball, football, and ran track. While on the Track team he met Tori. Justin also boxed until a heart ailment forced him to stop all sports.
He was adventurous and always ready for a trip. Justin recently visited New York City to celebrate Tori's 21st birthday.
He had a passion for music and loved writing and producing songs. Justin was currently employed as a landscaper, but he aspired to be a police officer. His ultimate dream was to marry Tori and provide for her.
Surviving him besides his parents are his siblings, Jeremy P. Fisher, Jacob R. Fisher, Jesse T. Fisher, James C. Loughran all of Lowell, Jennifer A. Fisher - Rhoades of PA; his maternal grandfather, Gerard Lachapelle of Manchester, CT; many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
