June P. DeFilippi

June P. (Bouchard) DeFilippi, age 78, a longtime resident of Dracut died Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at Lincoln Hospice House. She was the beloved wife of Frank J. DeFilippi, Jr., to whom she was married for 38 years. 

She was born in Lowell on June 16, 1946, and was the daughter of the late Raymond and Jeanne (Laurent) Bouchard. She attended St. Michael School in Lowell and was a graduate of Lowell High School. 

Prior to her retirement, June was employed for 38 years as an inspector by Raytheon in their Lowell and Andover plants. 

She was an avid walker and enjoyed knitting, reading going to Wallace Sands Beach in Rye, NH and taking vacations, especially to Aruba. 

In addition to her husband, June is survived by her three sons, Brian Loughran of Lowell, Brendan Loughran of Littleton, NH and Shawn Loughran and his wife Renee of Hudson, NH; her step-children, Frank D. DeFilippi and his wife Heather and Gina Marie Federico, all of Londonderry, NH; ten grandchildren, Shannon, Erin, Ashley, Eric, Shauna, Patrick, Paul, Stephen, Sarah and Brian; seven great grandchildren; a brother, Ronald Bouchard and his partner Beth Sheldon of Nashua, NH; and several nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend June’s visitation at St. Francis Church, 115 Wheeler Rd. in Dracut on Friday, August 30th from 9:15am until 10:00am followed by her Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00am at the church. Burial in Oakland Cemetery in Dracut.
