DRACUT- Juliette L. (Chouinard) Doyle, 86, a longtime Dracut resident passed away peacefully on Thursday January 23, 2014 at her home.
Born in Lowell on July 20, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Zenon and Alvina (Gagnon) Chouinard. She was the beloved wife of the late John A Doyle, who passed away in 2004.
Julie grew up in and was educated in Lowell. She was employed for many years in the cost control division of the former Microwave Company of Burlington. Over the years she enjoyed playing cards, especially with her sisters, and loved to travel whenever possible, especially to her home in Florida. She was a friend to many and loved going over for her morning meeting with her friends at McDonalds. She was a faithful communicant of St. Francis Parish in Dracut.
Julie is survived by her children, John T. Doyle and his wife, Susan (Abdinoor) of Dracut, Michael A. Doyle and his wife, Kathleen (Early) of Lowell, David P. Doyle of Dracut; beloved grandchildren, Amy Lynn Doyle of Dracut, Joelle (Doyle) Johnson and her husband, Stephen of Derry, NH, Shannon (Doyle) Smith and her husband, Corey of Lowell, Christine Doyle of Lowell and Selena Doyle of Dracut; 3 great grandchildren, Rory E. Johnson and Taylor S. Johnson both of Derry, NH and Daniel J. Smith of Lowell; her sister, Doris Noel of Chelmsford; a brother-in-law, B. Joseph Tully of Dracut; many nieces and nephews and her lifelong friend Theresa Prokos. She was the mother of the late James E. Doyle and she was the sister of the late Irene Lamarre, Rita Lalime, Estelle Bisson, Yvette Trouville, Eileen Richards, Cecile Thibodeau, Dorothy Shannon, Ann Tully, Lucille Lacourse and George Chouinard.
