LOWELL - Joseph M. Welch, 58, a Lowell resident, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2020, following a brave battle with cancer.
Born in Lowell on August 19, 1962, he was a son of the late James and Mary R. (Donnelly) Welch.
Joe received his education in the Lowell Public Schools.
He worked and traveled for over 30 years with various carnival companies.
He leaves three sisters, Ann Bratton, Mary Shapiro and her husband Marc Tourville and Maureen Abreu; two brother-in-laws, John O'Brien and Michael Abreu; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews. Joe was predeceased by 4 siblings, Eileen Eno, Robert A. Welch, Katherine O'Brien and Thomas P. Welch, 2 brothers-in-law, Brian Bratton and Edward Eno.
Joe and his sense of humor will be missed
