Joseph Raymond Chalifoux

Joseph Raymond Chalifoux, 77, a resident of Dracut, died Wednesday afternoon, June 21, 2006 at his home. He was the husband of M. Doris (Coutu) Chalifoux.
Born in Dracut on October 21, 1928, he was a son of the late Joseph Alfred and Marie Louise (Hebert) Chalifoux.
Mr. Chalifoux served with the United States Army during the Korean War.
Prior to his retirement he was employed by the Town of Dracut working in the Public School System.
He was a communicant of St. Francis Church in Dracut.
In addition to his wife he is survived by two daughters, Donna Marie Alexander and her husband David of Brooksville, FL and Paula Marie Chalifoux of Dracut; a brother, Joseph A. "Al" Chalifoux Jr. and his wife Geraldine M. (Kundy) of Pelham, NH; also several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews. He was the father of the late Paul Raymond Chalifoux and brother of the late Yolande Dube and Juliette Coutu.
