Jeffrey S. Mills

Jeffrey Stephen Mills died unexpectedly on January 11th 2023.  He was 37.

Born in Lowell, he was the son of Brenda Turcotte and the late John J. Mills.  

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his two children, Jeremiah and Lani Mills; his brothers, Jonathan Mills, Sean Farley Turcotte and Erik Turcotte; his sisters, Julie Mills and Stephanie Delia; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Gone too soon, but not forgotten.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jeff’s Life Celebration at the MCKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell on Thursday, January 19th from 3:00 until 7:00pm followed by his Funeral Service at 7:00pm at the Funeral Home.  His Life Celebration will continue on Friday from 12:00 until 4:00pm at The Knickerbocker Club, 36 Chamberlain St, Lowell.
