Jeanine C. Bartel

Jeanine C. Jeanie(Sepulcre) Bartel, 78, of Lowell, widow of Romuald Bartel who died October 11, 1995, died peacefully July 21, 2010 at a local nursing facility. She was 78.
Born in Paris, France on October 24, 1931 she was a daughter of Joseph and Yvonne (Patrier) Sepulcre.
Jeanie was a woman who loved her home and was very meticulous of how she decorated it. She enjoyed going on trips with her friends and was an extreme movie fan. She enjoyed watching French programming on cable. She was a lover of animals, big and small. She was a communicant of the Former St. Louis de France Church.
Survivors include, Jackie and Jocelyne of France; dear friends, The Anderson Family: Lucy, Andy, B.J., Jason, Tanya and Becky of Lowell, Therese Gendreau of Dracut, Claire Shaw, Josephine Kniaziuk, her godchild, Tamara Kniaziuk, and her daughter-in-law, Mary Bartel of Windham.
She was the mother of the late Ronald A. Bartel.
