Janice Anne (Mastrullo) Treska

DRACUT - Janice Anne (Mastrullo) Treska, age 67, a longtime resident of Dracut died on Thursday, January 17, 2019 following a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of Arthur J. "Artie" Treska, to whom she was married for 30 years.
She was born in Lowell on July 4, 1951, and was a daughter of the late Francis A. and Rita J. (Coutu) Mastrullo. She attended Lowell schools and was a graduate of St. Joseph High School. She earned her associate degree in science from Middlesex Community College and attended the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
Prior to her retirement, Janice was employed for 25 years as the supervisor of medical records for Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington.
She was very artistic and loved to paint and sculpt. She was also an avid reader and enjoyed attending bible study and meeting with Republican women's groups.
In addition to her her husband, Janice is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Gilbert and Mariuxi Hamel of Lawrence and Keith and Kerry Hamel of Tewksbury; two brothers, Francis Mastrullo of Paonia, CO and Michael Mastrullo and his wife Susan of Billerica; a sister, Joanne Mastrullo of Chelmsford; and two nieces, Alessandra and Michela Mastrullo.
ARRANGEMENTS - Funeral Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the MCKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Janice's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or at www.stjude.org.
