James F Kendall

James F. Kendall, 53, a resident of Nashua, NH, formerly of Lowell and a U.S. Navy Veteran, died Saturday evening at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston following a courageous fight with liver problems, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Lowell on September 21, 1958, he was a son of Henry J and Margaret (Lannan) Grimard of Lowell who survive him. James was educated in the Lowell School System and was a graduate of Lowell High School.
Mr. Kendall was a Navy Veteran and served aboard the USS Canisteo. He was employed for many years as a Window Clerk for the Cambridge Post Office and served as the union representative for the Boston Area Post Offices. James, as the union representative, helped many of his fellow workers with their union problems. He was a 27 year friend of Bill W and was an avid fisherman, loved all of the Boston Sport Teams, playing cards and was a computer genius.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth A. Kendall of Billerica; two brothers, Michael A Kendall and his loving companion, Becky Dalbec of Nashua, NH and Kenneth W. Kendall of Lowell; a sister, Donna Rose Pender and her husband Michael, and their son Shaughn of Lowell; his Daughter's Mother, Janet Kendall Peneau and her children Lenny and Kelly of Billerica, and many nieces and nephews.
