James P. Christman

James P. “Jimmy” Christman, 55, died unexpectedly on Friday, May 26, 2023. He was the beloved husband of Lynn M. (Espinola) Christman with whom he was married for 22 years in August.

He was born in Lowell on August 9, 1967 and was the son of the late Lucille M. (LeBlanc) and Wilfred J. Christman.

James was an all around family man and was the happiest when spending time with his wife, children and grandson. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast.

In addition to his wife Lynn, James is survived and will be deeply missed by his son, Cody J. Christman of Lowell; his step-daughter, Lindsay Anderson and her partner Michael Hodges of Lowell; his step-son, Justin Anderson of Lowell; his grandson, Logan; his brother-in-law, Joseph Espinola III and his wife Renee of Dracut; his sister-in-law, Gail Espinola of Maine; his two brothers, Ronald Christman and his wife Mary of Brookline, NH and Wilfred Christman of Lowell; his four sisters, Sandra Levesque of Lowell, Lou Ann Whitton and her husband Robert of Derry, NH, Dianna Normandin of Lowell and Lisa Lavallee and her husband Michael of Lowell; as well as many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He was the brother of the late Marlene Anderson.

Relatives and friends are invited to James’s Life Celebration on Friday, June 2, 2023 from 10:30 until 12 PM at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated immediately following at 1 PM at Holy Family Parish - Saint Marie Church, 75 Chamberlain Street, Lowell. Burial will be held privately.
