Jacqueline R. (Courtemanche) Everett

Lowell – Jacqueline R. (Courtemanche) Everett, the beloved wife of the late Charles H. Everett, a Lowell resident, died on Sunday March 23, 2014 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She was 78.
Born in Lowell on May 5, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Bartholomew and Alice (Either) Courtemanche.
Prior to her retirement Jacqueline worked at Casual Footwear and Rosenbloom's.
Preceding her illness Jackie enjoyed camping, playing cards, and playing bingo. She loved to sing and continued singing throughout her life, but most of all she cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.
Jacqueline and Charles celebrated 58 years of marriage to which Charles described as "love at first sight" prior to his passing on August 20, 2013.
Survivors include her four children and their spouses, Debbie and Denis Grenier of Lowell, Chuck and Dottie Everett of Lowell, Michael and Michelle Everett of Salem, NH, Ken and Melanie Everett of Lowell; three sisters, Lorraine Nault, of Dracut, Pauline Courtemanche of Lowell, Rita Perron and her husband Fred of VA; all of Lowell; a sister in law, Anna Courtemanche of Dracut; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Robert, Roger, Leon, Priscilla, and Rene Courtemanche.
