HUDSON, MA - Jacqueline G. (Boulanger) Dadoly, 84, a resident of Hudson, MA, died Monday evening, September 7, 2009, at a local nursing home.
Born in Lowell on September 27, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Armand and Gabrielle (Quessy) Boulanger.
Mrs. Dadoly attended Dracut Schools and was a 1941 graduate of Dracut High School. She was also a 1943 graduate of the Lowell Commercial College.
Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Dadoly was employed by Boule Insurance of Marlboro, and was previously employed by G. Francis Murphy Insurance of Hudson and also the Hudson National Bank of Hudson.
She was a member of the Hudson Women's Club, the Hudson Historical Society and was a co-founder of the Girls Club in Hudson. She was a communicant of Christ the King Church in Hudson and was a member of the Parish Sodality.
Known to her friends as "Jackie", Mrs. Dadoly enjoyed travelling, knitting, reading, volunteer work and most of all being with her family.
She is survived by her former husband, Milton C. Dadoly of NH; a son, Charles Dadoly of Merrimack, NH; three daughters, Elizabeth Weber and her husband Nick Consoles of Lynn, Kathleen Gorczyca and her husband John of Merrimack, NH and Martha Marchilli and her husband Raymond of Lancaster; three sisters, Madeleine Belley of LA, Jeannine LaRoche of CA and Therese Boissonneault of Lowell; seven grandchildren, Gretchen, Meghan and Amanda Weber, Jennifer Gorczyca, Kate Infante, Michael and Christopher Marchilli; a great grandson, Jacob Infante; also several nieces and nephews. She was a sister of the late Paul Boulanger.
