OBITUARY
DRACUT - Jack M. DiTillio, 53, a resident of Dracut, died Friday, August 5, 2005 at Saints Memorial Medical Center. He was the husband of Kathleen (Jonas) DiTillio, with whom he was married for 32 years.
Born in Los Angeles, CA on July 22, 1952, he was a son of the late Thomas C. and Eleanor (Calderone) DiTillio.
Mr. DiTillio was the owner/operator of two Burger King Restaurants, locations in Lowell and Tewksbury.
Active in Dracut town affairs, Mr. DiTillio served on the Board of Selectmen for the last ten years, serving nine years as chairman. He was past president of the Dracut Rotary Club and a member of the Dracut Scholarship Foundation.
He also served as a Corporator for the Lowell Five Cent Savings Bank and was on the Board of Governors at Saints Memorial Medical Center.
Mr. DiTillio was a communicant of the Immaculate Conception Church in Lowell.
In addition to his wife he is survived by three daughters, Angela R. DiTillio, Laura K. DiTillio and Julia C. DiTillio, all of Dracut; a sister, Irene Hegedus of Lakewood, NY; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Robert and Diane Jonas of Palm Coast, FL, Patrick Jonas of TX, Daniel and Naz Jonas of Pensacola, FL, Rosemary and Andrew Jurusik of Columbia, SC and Cynthia Jonas of New York, NY; also many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was the son-in-law of the late Robert and Rosemary (Mangan) Jonas and brother-in-law of the late William Jonas.
