J. Alan Burgess, 27, died unexpectedly Friday June 2, at his San Francisco residence.
He was born in Lowell on September 20, 1978, a son of Alan B. Burgess of Chelmsford and Marsha J. (Moran) Burgess of Derry, NH who survive him.
Surviving him besides his parents are his beloved sister Greta M. Burgess, a sophomore at Pinkerton Acadamy, Derry, NH; his beloved brother Evan C. Burgess, a seventh grade student at the Hood Middle School, Derry, NH; his maternal grandparents L. Robert and Maria Moran of Hope Sound, FL; paternal grandparents, Charles and Estelle Burgess of Dracut; a friend Jose Tanzo of San Francisco, CA; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was also the grandson of the late Maria (Tyros) Moran.
