Irene M. (Hamilton) Gaudette, widow of Norman Gaudette, a resident of Pitarys Homes, Inc. of Hollis, NH ,died on Monday October 27, 2014, with her family by her side. She was 77.
Irene was born in Lowell on February 1, 1937, a daughter of the late Edward and Marie (Arsenault) Hamilton.
She and Norman resided in Hollis, NH for many years.
Irene enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She would make hats and blankets for family and homeless shelters throughout the area.
She also enjoyed bowling and camping. She and Norman camped at Sanborn Shores in Hampstead, NH for many years.
Family was paramount for Irene, she enjoyed visiting with her family every chance she could.
Irene was a communicant of St. St. Louis De Gonzague Parish in Nashua, NH.
Survivors include her two brothers, Donald J. Hamilton of Lowell, Paul R. Hamilton and his wife Charlotte of Salem, NH; a dear friend Arthur Fitzgerald of Hudson, NH; and many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Roland E. "Butch" Hamilton.
