Dracut - Imelda M. (Landry) Latour, 85, widow of Arthur H. Latour, a Dracut resident, died Sunday April 10, 2005, at a local nursing home.
She was born in Newmarket, NH on May 29, 1919 a daughter of the late Albert and Alexandrine (Theriault) Landry.
Prior to her retirement Mrs. Latour was employed as a seamstress for the former Saint John's Hospital in Lowell.
She was a communicant of St. Francis Parish in Dracut, and a member of the Chelmsford Senior Citizens Center.
She is survived by a son Robert A. Latour of Dracut; four daughters and three sons in law, Pauline and Eddy Roberge of Dracut, Doris and Frank Whitney of Groveland, Lorraine Gorby of Dracut, Claire and Mike Brady of Dracut; a brother Wilfred E. Landry of Tyngsboro; three sisters and a brother in law, Florence Sevigny of Dracut, Yvonne and Warren Goddard of Portsmouth, NH, Lorraine Coughlin of Lowell; ten grandchildren, Linda Quinn, Garry Roberge, Susan San Antonio, Deb Silvestri, Mark Whitney, Eric Gorby, Lori Capra, Kaitlyn Brady, Matthew Brady, Kimberly Brady; and fifteen great grandchildren. She was also the sister of the late Edgar and Donald Landry, Rita LeDuc, Bertha Penkofski, and Blanche Boucher.
