Henry W. Falardeau

DRACUT - Henry W. Falardeau, age 83, of Dracut passed away Sunday, December 5, 2021, at the Lowell General Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Estelle E. (Bastien) Falardeau with whom he enjoyed 62 years of marriage.

He was born in Lowell on June 4, 1938 and was the son of the late Edgar and Cecile (Mainville) Falardeau.

He served in the Army and was stationed in Georgia during the 1950's. After serving he started a family and was a self-taught master craftsman. He loved making things, gardening and renovating in his spare time. He worked at Wang Laboratories as a supervisor and later worked at Honeywell. When he retired he worked for his son M. H. Falardeau Electric of Litchfield, NH. He enjoyed spending time with his family and creating and designing rooms in their homes.

Henry is survived by his two daughters and a son, Brenda Falardeau and her wife Mel of Dracut, Deborah Hammond and her husband Mark of Dracut and Mark Falardeau and his wife Colleen of Litchfield, NH. Grandchildren; Nichole Santiago and her husband Carlos of Pelham, NH, Jennifer Ruckman and her fiancé Freddie St. Onge of Dracut, Stephanie Mercier and her husband Justin of Manchester, NH, Brandon Hammond of Boston, Jaimes Desrochers of Stoneham, Michelle Desrochers of Litchfield, NH and Reece Falardeau of Whitinsville. He is also survived by 6 great-grandsons and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his brother, Richard Falardeau of KS. He also leaves his beloved cat, Jelly Bean.
Henry is predeceased by his two sisters, Lucille (Falardeau) Genakos of Lowell and Terry (Falardeau) Morin of Lowell and his two brothers, Francis Falardeau of Dracut and Pete Falardeau of NH.

Relatives and friends are invited to Henry's Funeral Mass on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 10AM at St. Marguerite D'Youville Church, 1340 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut. Interment to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford.
