Ghislaine Jessie Normandin

NASHUA, NH - Ghislaine "Jessie" (Gosselin) Normandin, 72, a resident of Nashua, NH, died Saturday morning, May 23, 2009 at her home with her loving family in her company. She was the beloved wife of Maurice A. "Moe" Normandin, with whom she celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 28, 2008.
Born in Lowell on January 21, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Mabel (Beauchesne) Gosselin.
Mrs. Normandin was a graduate of St. Joseph's High School in Lowell.
She had resided in the Pawtucketville section of Lowell for many years where she was a communicant of the former Ste. Jeanne d'Arc Church.
She had been employed by the Lowell General Hospital as a switchboard operator.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons and two daughters-in-law, Ron and Rachel (Baribeault) Normandin of Hudson, NH and Mark and Debra (Turpin) Normandin of Lowell; two daughters and a son-in-law, Diane and Raymond Sawlan of Dracut and Michelle Normandin of Hudson, NH; three brothers and their wives, Gerald and Jackie Gosselin of Winslow, ME, Earl and Doris Gosselin of Edgewater, FL and Nelson and Claudette Gosselin of Lowell; six grandchildren, Eric Normandin, Samantha and Haleigh Sawlan and Kyle, Cody and Danielle Normandin; a great granddaughter, Daelyn Normandin; a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Gosselin of Nashua, NH; many nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was a sister of the late Marcel Gosselin and Rita Fournier.
