Geraldine F. Licata

Geraldine F. (Sweet) Licata, 74, a resident of the Highlands section of Lowell, died Saturday, March 20, 2004 at Saints Memorial Medical Center following a long illness.
She was the wife of Vincent S. Licata with whom she was married for 37 years.
Born in Cambridge on March 7, 1930, she was a daughter of the late Leslie G. Sweet and Florence A. (Lindley)(Sweet) Pasieka.
Mrs. Licata was a graduate of Dracut High School, Class of 1948. She was a former owner of Gilbert's TV and Music of Dracut and had been in the family business for several years. Mrs. Licata was a longtime resident of Pelham, NH before moving to Lowell in 1991.
She was a member of the Community Christian Fellowship Church of Lowell.
In addition to her husband she is survived by four daughters, Sharon Gallo of Ansonia, CT, Gina Pinkham and her husband Marc of Lowell, Christina Kairouz and her husband Willy of Concord, NH and Cindy Teixeira and her friend Rob of Dracut; two sisters, Jacqueline Adams and Eileen Mazerolle, both of Ansonia, CT; her father-in-law, Salvatore Licata of Lowell; a sister-in-law, Carmela Jones of Dracut; 11 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; several nieces and nephews. She was the daughter-in-law of the late Josephine Licata.
