LOWELL - Gerald C. "Jerry" Roy, 72, a longtime resident of Lowell died unexpectedly Friday, December 15, 2017 at Lowell General Hospital.
He was born in Lowell on January 10, 1945, and was the son of the late Louis J. and Juliette I. (Nadeau) Roy. He received his education in Lowell schools and was a graduate of Lowell Trade School.
Jerry worked for many years as a supervisor in the sheet metal industry.
He was an avid fan of the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox, and the Boston Celtics.
Jerry is survived by his two sisters, Phyllis Goyette and her husband Henry of Windham, NH and Leona Capone and her husband Lewis of Dracut, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be private.
