Georgette T. (Loiselle) Boland

Georgette T. (Loiselle) Boland, widow of Francis H. Boland, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2020 at her Christian Hill residence following a period of declining health. She was 87.

Born in Lowell on July 20, 1933 she was the daughter of the late Leonide and Hermina (Lafontaine) Loiselle.

Georgette grew up in Lowell and graduated from Assumption Academy in Nicolet, PQ, Canada. She taught school at the former St. Louis School for 13 years. Georgette owned and operated the former Kenwood Florist for many years until her retirement. She was a communicant of the former St. Louis de France Church.

Georgette is survived by several nieces, nephews and special friends. She was the sister of the late Arthur, Eugene, and George Raymond Loiselle.

Relatives and friends are invited to Georgette's Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 10:00 AM in Ste. Marguerite D'Youville Church. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
