Lowell - Gail A. Dupuis, a resident of Lowell passed away unexpectedly at Lowell General Hospital on Saturday, May 5, 2018 with her family by her side. She was 57.
Gail was born in Lowell on June 30, 1960, a daughter of the late Donald H. Dupuis, and Emily M. (Goyette) Dupuis of Lowell who survives her.
She was a graduate of St. Louis Academy of Lowell and earned her Associates Degree from Middlesex Community College.
Gail worked for many years at Teradyne in South Lowell and more recently at Better Cabinets in Dracut.
She was a resident of Wingate at Belvidere for the past 6 years.
Gail was an avid reader and history buff. She loved 17th century novels. Gail enjoyed crocheting, needlepoint, cross stitching and bingo. Gail adored animals, especially the family pet dog, Athena.
Gail was a kind and gentle soul who never had poor words to say about anyone.
Gail was predeceased by her sister Lisa A. Dupuis. In addition to her loving mother, she is survived by her sister Karen and her husband David St. Laurent of Methuen; a brother David S.
Dupuis of Lowell; her nieces, Brianna and Olivia St. Laurent, many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Gails family would like to thank her uncles and aunts, Edward and Terry Goyette, Peter Goyette, Sr., Henry and Phyllis Goyette,and Jeanette D'Hont for their support through these difficult times. And to her roommate and dear friend Gloria Deputat, who kept a watchful eye on Gail.
Dupuis - Relatives and friends are invited to Gail's Life Celebration at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, from 4 until 8 PM on Friday. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 11:00 AM in St. Francis Church, 115 Wheeler Rd Dracut. Burial in Elmwood Cemetery, Methuen. Donations in Gail's memory may be made to MSPCA at Nevins Farm, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844.
