Francis G. "Frank" Tellier, formerly of Lowell and beloved husband of JoAnn Keter, passed away at his Kennebunk residence following a period of declining health. He was 78.
Frank was born in Lowell on February 3, 1943, a son of the late Romeo and Anna (L'Ecuyer) Telier. He was educated in Lowell and later enlisted in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He served on the USS Atakapa and attained the rank of E3 upon his honorable discharge.
Frank was employed as a deli manager for 25 years at the former Alexander's Market and then worked at D'Youville Senior care as a cook and cafeteria manager.
Frank looked forward to his trips to Foxwoods Resort and Atlantic City.
Surviving Frank besides his wife are two brothers, Gerald and his wife Mary Tellier of Dracut and Robert and his wife Michelle Tellier; two sister-in-laws, Alice Tellier of Belmont, NH and Carolyn Tellier of Dracut and his nephew and niece, Mark and Alice. Frank is predeceased by his late wife, Carol Ann (Forson) Tellier, his three brothers, Arthur, Bernard and Richard Tellier and his nephew Paul.
Relatives and friends are invited to Frank's Funeral Mass to be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 10 AM in Ste. Marguerite Church, 1340 Lakeview Ave, Dracut. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford.
