Francis L. Foote

Lowell - Francis L. Foote, 78, husband of Virginia J. (Szurley) Foote, a resident of the Centralville section of Lowell, died unexpectedly Monday June 19, 2006, at the Saints Memorial Medical Center.
He was born in Lowell on November 18, 1927, a son of the late Raymond and Louise (McNulty) Foote.
Mr. Foote had served in the US Navy. He was employed in the quality control department at Bradford Industries and was a dispatcher for Diamond Taxi in Lowell for many years.
Surviving him besides his wife are two sons and daughters in law, Richard and Maureen Foote of Pelham, NH, Kenneth and Cheryl Foote of Dracut; two daughters and sons in law, Louise and James Hildreth, Donna and Darrell Fisher, all of Lowell; 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; one uncle, Raymond Lapointe of Boston; and several nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Francis L. Foote, Jr., and Joanne Hancock, brother of the late Raymond, Joseph, William Foote and Mary Bergadini.
