Fernande Gaudette, 83, of Chelmsford, formerly of Lowell and Plattsburgh, NY, died Thursday evening, November 5, 2009 at a local nursing home.
Born in Lowell, on February 11, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Armand and Emelia M. (Richard) Gaudette.
For many years, Fern was employed by Lowell Lingerie Co. as a seamstress until her retirement.
Fern was a kind and loving person who led a religious life and had a strong faith. She had been a communicant of the former St. Louis de France church and more recently of St. Michael Church.
She is survived by many cousins and was pre deceased by her beloved brother, Rev. Brother Roland Gaudette of The Brothers of Christian Instruction.
