Pelham, NH - Fernand P. Marcoux, 74, a Pelham, NH resident and beloved husband of Cecile L. (Houde) Marcoux, with whom he would have celebrated 50 years of marriage on April 27th died Thursday at the Saints Medical Center.
Fernand was born in Nashua, NH on April 27, 1932, a son of the late Alcide and Marie Anne (Levesque) Marcoux.
Mr. Marcoux was the owner and operator of Colortone Auto body in Lowell. He also owned and raced Standard Bred horses. Fernand was an avid harness racing fan; he also enjoyed sailing, fishing, and playing the organ.
Surviving him besides his wife are a son, Richard Marcoux of Pelham; a daughter and son in law, Pamela and James Marcotte of Londonderry, NH; a brother and sister in law, Noel and Loretta Marcoux of Nashua; two sisters, Lucille Vigneault-Martin of Jaffrey, NH, Christine Vanderweil San Mateo, CA; and many nieces and nephews. He was also the father of the late Marieanne Marcoux, and brother of the late Henri and Lucien Marcoux.
