OBITUARY
LOWELL, MA - Eva A. (Gregoire)(Hamel) LaFlamme, 99, wife of the late Francis LaFlamme, died Friday, April 16, 2004 in a local nursing home.
Born in Lowell on August 24, 1904, she was a daughter of the late Hormidas and Elizabeth (Genereux) Gregoire.
Mrs. LaFlamme was a resident of Manchester, NH for many years until illness caused her to move back to Lowell to be near her family. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and sewing.
She is survived by three sisters, Yvette Mainville of Lowell, MA, Rita Labbe of Dracut, MA, and Laurette Perrin of Lowell, MA; many nieces and nephews. She was the wife of the late Leon Hamel and sister of the late Victor Gregoire, Romeo Gregoire and Irene Frechette.
